Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. Please note that you do not have to be registered with Paypal to make a payment through them. Personal checks and bank money orders upon request via email. You are also free to contact me by telephone to place an order, discuss an item or place a special order.
Returns
We offer vintage "one-of-a-kind," cottage chic treasures that embrace romance and a time worn appeal. Each treasure we offer is stunning and we are committed to describe each item to the best of our ability.These treasures are vintage and may possess slight imperfections which give them their unique, vintage appeal that we hold so near and dear to our hearts. Therefore all sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Lay-Away & Special Orders
Lay-Aways and Special Orders are considered on a Customer to Customer basis. We have a standard Lay-Away Plan in place, however, I will be happy to discuss more flexible terms to meet your needs. Feel free to email me at your convenience at the email address listed below. Once a Lay-Away is in process, if you change your mind for any reason, a 20% restocking fee will apply and the balance will be a store credit.Special Orders which a deposit has been given will not be refunded. Checks and Money Orders
If you prefer to pay by check or bank money order, please send us an email at atreasuredheirloom@comcast.net, and specify which item(s) you would like so we may HOLD the item for you. Our address is listed below.
Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail depending on size and weight. If you are in a RUSH for your treasures, feel free to email or telephone me to discuss overnight shipping.
Inside US
Shipping within the United States is as stated above.
Outside US
If you reside outside the United States and are interested in purchasing a product, PLEASE EMAIL ME FIRST. I will figure out the shipping fees and you will have the option of purchasing the item at that time. BUYER is responsible for ALL ADDITIONAL SH&I fees.
